Conditions:

•6 month minimum exclusive membership. Recurring fee with be charged on the 1st of the month. “Banked Balance” is given to each customer in the form of a gift card in member’s S.Thetics account.

  • Your membership will renew and be charged on the 1st of every month.

  • Your Membership is nontransferable and non-refundable. If you desire to cancel your membership after your initial 6 month term, you need to notify us of your cancellation in writing, in person, or by phone 10 days prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for any unused services. S.Thetics Medspa reserves the right to terminate this membership at any time.
